Features of the homeowners manager
MisCondominios is an online Saas application for managing of condominiums that will facilitate the management of a condominium and maintenance.
The administrator of the association can have a control of all the properties, owners and fees. It is very simple to use the administrator of the homeowners association, and you can use it from any device with a browser and internet connection.
The most important modules of the condominium manager are:
Owner Portal
Al entrar en la aplicación podrás ver de un vistazo lo que sucede en el condominio:
- What are the oppened incidents in the building:we are aware of everything that poses a problem in the condo (problems of leaks, the elevator does not work, etc.).
- We will know at which point are the procedures that have been made, without needing to call to the administrator.
- We will also be informed about everything related to the programmed meetings and events accesing to the calendar.
- We can comment different issues of our interest in the wall, and the rest of the owners will be able to comment about that issue.
Management and reservation of instalations
This module allows to have a relation of all the existing instalations in the association, which we have to reserve in order to use them, due to their capacity. This will avoid last minute problems between neighbours.
We can also manage the payment of the renting of instalations, if necessary.
We can see the planning of the occupancy of the instalation that interests us.
Budgetary
It is an assistant that will help us creating budgets.

We also have tools for copying budgets of other years.
Having all well classified will help us to know the real consume and the deviation of each item in a future.
Residential Status
It is a report that will give us information in a comparative way about the estimated and the real financial information of the building.
Having the information updated in the application will allow to avoid deviations or unexpected events. This reports can be requested by months or years, with the possibility of exporting them to excel, and we can also publish them in the employee portal.
Financial statements
It is important to carry a good balance control, and it is also important to know everytime the state of our balance, that is, to know the state of the balances of our banks. In order to do that, we have the financial statements search option, which will facilitate this work.
Just as the rest of reports, there is also the possibility to export it to Excel and to publish it in the owners site, in order the neighbours to be infromed about the state of them.
